How can I reach Darco?

What email address should I send my invoice to?

Invoices can be delivered to our finance department in PDF format: finance@darco.eu

What payment methods does Darco accept?

Payment by bank transfer, instructions can always be found on your invoice.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and the region requested for delivery. To do this, please contact your sales division.

What are Darco's delivery instructions?

Make an appointment 48 hours before delivery via purchase@darco.eu. Deliveries only between 8am and 12am. Hang a label with your item number on the long sides of each pallet. We only accept deliveries on the CP1/BLOVK/EUROFORMAT pallet. For more information, contact purchase@darco.eu.

Can my order be picked up?

Yes, provided that you communicate with your sales division.

What do I do if I'm not happy with my order?

If you have problems with your order, please contact your local sales department. We always strive for optimal satisfaction and, together with our customer, look for an appropriate solution.
