Job description
Due to our strong growth, we are looking for new colleagues, including in the sales team, we are looking for reinforcements. As Internal Sales, you use your knowledge and sales skills to provide advice and support. Internal Sales are an important point of contact for customers and offer both pre- and after-sales service. You support the complete follow-up of customers and prospects in terms of quotes, orders, deliveries, etc... The ERP and CRM package is the common thread here and helps you to do the necessary follow-up.

The challenge

  • At the office, you work out quotes completely technically based on the specifications of the customers.
  • In consultation with the customer and manufacturer, you create a “customized” solution for a variety of applications.
  • You follow up on quotes, maintain and support the existing customer base and also look for new opportunities in the market.
  • You report to the Sales Manager.
  • You build long-term relationships with customers by managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • You'll stay in touch with other sales team members and other technical experts.
  • You enter and follow your own orders.

Our Offerings
  • You have a master's or bachelor's degree in a commercial field.
  • Preferably, you have several years of relevant experience in a similar position (technical-commercial/support).
  • You like to work proactively, you are eager to learn, communicative and customer-oriented.
  • You are highly communicative and, thanks to your convincing approach, can gain the trust to build long-term relationships.
  • You also have a solid working knowledge of French and preferably English.
  • You can combine a keen sense of detail, good technical insight and a service-oriented attitude with a commercial reflex.
