Perfectly adjusting and maintaining our packaging machines is crucial to guarantee optimal service to our customers. As a service technician, you play an essential role in this. Our range includes a wide range of machines, ranging from shrink guns, strapping machines and box sealers to pallet wrappers.
Our customers are located throughout Belgium, the Benelux and part of northern France.
Your tasks
Installation and commissioning of various new packaging machines, both electrical and mechanical (such as pallet wrappers, pallet robots, strapping machines, etc.)
Resolving machine failures on site at our customers, as well as internally at our facility, depending on the type of repair.
Preparation of offers for repairs.
Management of spare parts and own equipment in your service van.
Carrying out minor repairs to our internal machinery.
Your Profile
You have an A2 technical diploma (e.g. Electromechanics) or you already have some work experience in a position as a service technician.
You have excellent knowledge of detecting faults on semi-automatic and fully automatic machines and resolving them efficiently.
You are independent, punctual and orderly.
You have a hands-on mentality and don't shy away from a challenge.
You strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Half the work is not for you.
You are willing to carry out repairs throughout the country, with possible expansion to the Benelux and France.
You have a B driving license.
You speak Dutch with a good command of French.
